All our coffees are single origins, fully traceable, and sourced from farms that take sustainability and the wellbeing of their workers seriously.

We shuffle the deck seasonally to keep the flavours fresh.

Each card represents a flavour style and the brew methods it suits best as a starting point for finding your perfect cup. Think of them as a map rather than a rulebook.

  • Our classic espresso crowd pleaser. Think chocolate, nuts, sweetness. Medium-roasted and at its best with milk. Best for: espresso, flat white, cappuccino, latte. 

  • Still on the sweet side, but brighter and lighter. Fruit notes, higher acidity, and a washed process to keep it clean. Light to medium roast. Best for: filter coffee, Aeropress, espresso, cold brew.

  • Our delicious decaf. Rich, smooth and full of character, because giving up caffeine shouldn’t mean giving up a great cup.

    My dad can’t have caffeine and my wife refused to give up her daily flat white during pregnancy, so I had no choice but to find a decaf worth drinking. Best for: all brew methods. 

  • Fun, fruity, funky or floral. Released to celebrate two of the biggest weekends in the Hastings calendar, Jack in the Green and Bonfire. As a Hastings boy, these are close to my heart. Coffee for the more adventurous. Best for: pour over, filter, and modern espresso. 

  • The wildcard. Released once a year and gone when it’s gone. Expect a coffee that’s genuinely special. Our current Joker is a Wild Guji from Ethiopia. Best for: Check individual listing.
