Free delivery within Hastings & St. Leonard ’s-on-Sea on Thursdays

Free UK postage on all orders over £40

All postal orders are processed and dispatched on Thursdays (sometimes earlier in the week if possible). We ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Tracked), which typically takes 2–3 working days for delivery within the UK.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to amend addresses once the order has been placed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s an issue with the quality of the product, please drop an email to bryn@smugglersdrop.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship postal orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class on Thursdays (sometimes sooner if possible). Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. You’ll get an email once it’s on the way.

Can I return my order?

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds, as our coffee is freshly roasted and perishable. If there’s a genuine issue, get in touch. We’re happy to help where we can.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect—What do I do?

Drop an email to bryn@smugglersdrop.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach a photo if possible, and we’ll sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet… We’re currently shipping within the UK only. But keep an eye out. You never know where our cargo might end up next.
